Opera Family Hotel - former City Mark hotel

We had a very pleasant stay. The host was kind and helpful, and the rooms were modern, beautifully furnished, and very clean. The hotel has an excellent central location, with everything easily accessible, while the surroundings are quiet and peaceful, making our stay very relaxing. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly return. We highly recommend this hotel to others!

Location Easy access Staff

Great location in front of the iconic fountains and opera house. We had a massive room for 3 of us.

I was booking for 2 adults and a child over 12. I selected the first option booking.com gave me, which was price for 2 adults. I noticed there was a price for 3 adults, which was 4 lev more as a second option. After I booked, I had a message from the hotel that I had to pay extra 10 lev for an extra adult. I despited saying on booking.com it was showing extra 4. Without any response, my booking was cancelled. When I went to rebook, the price had gone up. Although this was annoying to say the least, I still decided to book because we really liked the location.
