The cost-wellness balance is completely disproportionate, and having no assistance is the worst thin

The apartment is in a good position, closed to a very good boulangerie, restourant and Metro station

The communication with the host and their problem-solving capacity were awful. We had a lot of problems with the air conditioning and with the towels (only 1 towel per person for 4 days... and only 1 small soap :-(((( ). We also had no support or room cleaning during our stay

Gem of a Paris-area stay

The apartment is clean, comfortable, the A/C cranks and it has a nice little back patio. The shower works well, the kitchen has all the appliances you need, both the queen and sofa bed are comfortable. Automatic black-out shades will let you sleep all day if that's what you want. The location is impeccable; you can be on a Paris-bound metro train in under 5 minutes, and in the heart of the Left Bank/Notre Dame area or at the Eiffel Tower in no more than 30 minutes. There are restaurant and cafe options galore within, literally, a 30-second to 1-minute walk. (The town center is about 10 min north). There is a large Monoprix grocery store a 5 min walk away, and a fantastic running/walking park on an island a half mile south. The washer/dryer unit works well, but we recommend drying clothes on the provided drying rack on the back patio. Charging outlets abound.

Not much. If you're driving, you'll have to fight for parking. But that's city living.

I liked the flexibility of the host - we were allowed to check in much earlier and to add a child to the reservation at the last moment, the location of the studio - perfect for visiting the Lolapalooza festival, the neighbourhood - very nice with many shops and restaurants, the proximity to the metro, the studio had everything needed for a 5 night stay

It wasn't very clean. May be it was because of our early check in, but the towels and the sheets also needed some care

the linen was dirty and really unacceptable it has been horribile to arrive late in the night and found an unusable bed we managed with some spares sheets but all under level f cleaning. This is the first time in booking experiences that I give a very bad evaluation. I am a little bit sad for this.

Nothing!!!

After waiting a full day (12 hours!!) to get into the property, the hosts failed to give keys that worked in the lock and refused to answer phone when we called to discuss. We got into the building and the key to the unit was in a lockbox. The lockbox was stored in a mailbox full of garbage. When we got the key, it did not fit the door lock. We never got into the room - we canceled our reservation, protested the payment, and got another location. Worst experience we have ever had.

My sister and niece enjoyed the location as they were there to visit Roland Garros.

I did not stay but my sister and niece did. Location was good. My sister thought it might be difficult to sleep four people.

it wasn’t cleaned on arrival which was fine as my sister arrived early ( 14:00) Unfortunately, after cleaning there were several issues. Crockery was dirty. The sofa had dirty marks. This was brought to the attention of the host by email. No reply was provided.

An okay place, but not during hot days and not for more than two people.

pretty apartment Close to the Metro

(1) It was a hot week, and the air-condition unit did not work. The owner insisted that I send him photos of the remote control... I may not be perfect, but I do know to recognize when an a/c unit does not work. The compressor did not kick in. The owner changed batteries in the remote... but refused to take care of the problem. (2) The unit was clean overall, but there were dead cockroaches in the kitchen. (3) The bedroom is not really separate from the living room. This may be okay, but if you want some privacy or the ability to close the door, their solution is only partial.

Too small. No air condition in bedroom. Pictures were deceiving. No nightstands. No access for light switch from the bed. WI-FI instructions were incorrect.

A very comfortable long stay

The interior renovation is new and practical. The size is nice and comfortable for a longer stay. The apartment has a skylight window and a small terrace which are very lovely for natural light. The host is friendly and responsive. The location is very convenient.

Super gemütlich das ganze Apartment. Es war wirklich ein unglaublich schöner Aufenthalt. Das Bett war ja mal bequem, echt der Hammer. Klimaanlage super. Es roch sehr gut. Wir fühlten uns dort sicher. Wir haben 146€ die Nacht bezahlt. Das ist absolut in Ordnung.

Haare im Handtuch. Nur ein Handtuch pro Person für vier Nächte etwas dürftig. Die Küchen Ausstattung war schon größtenteils kaputt.

Appartement en mauvais état

La climatisation.

Tout: vieux appartement sans rénover depuis longtemps: plafond abîmé par les humidités, robinet casé, supports de la salle de bain cassés, hôte cuisine ne fonctionne pas, plaintes abîmées… appartement en mauvais état général. Il est situé au rez de chaussé (pas de sécurité) et juste en face d’un restaurant (bruyant) et de leurs poubelles. Pas mal de moustiques… Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Nous voulions changer d’appartement mais Booking n’a rien fait et le proprio n’a pas voulu rembourser donc on a dû rester. Booking ne vérifie pas les appartements qui sont loués dans leur site donc évitez de louer des appartements sur Booking. Je ne recommande pas et surtout à ce prix…

Logement très difficile à trouver. Informations peu claires. C’est Kolhanta pour trouver la bonne porte et le bon appartement. Les informations sur le porte clés sont fausses Contact ne répondant pas et pas agréable après plusieurs messages et mails soit 40 mn à attendre dans la rue à 23h. Douche bouchée par des poignées de cheveux. Bouilloire HS. Télécommandes télé et box avec piles HS. Impossible de se connecter au wifi… Emplacement bruyant et travaux dans le restaurant à côté même le week-end.
