- an enjoyable balcony,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher, freezer)
- a bathroom with a bathtub,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities,
- TV and Wi-Fi.
Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
→ A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure

Boulogne is the perfect place to go to in the capital. There is no shortage of cultural venues, with the Seine Musicale and the Espace Landwosky, and St. Germain island or the Seine banks are perfect places for a walk or a run. You will also be close to public transport allowing you to easily reach Paris center, La Défense, the business district of Issy les Moulineaux or the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre. Finally, the area is rich in shops and close to all amenities.
