The location is very good, safe and still. Also is easy to go anywhere.
The deposit is too high, higher than the purchase price.

The neighborhood is quiet, safety and it met my all expectations. I was able to rest comfortably in the evenings. Transportation is convenient. Apolline responded my questions quickly. In summary, trustable, safety, convenient and clean place for accommodation.

Sehr ruhig. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett.
