Lovely property on a nice estate. Very quiet.
The house was well appointed, bedrooms were my favourite as decorated really nicely and en-suite was handy. Very comfortable beds too.
Kitchen had all we needed and the breakfast items were appreciated. Close enough to Elvaston and I’ve already booked again for another event in October.

The property was very clean and comfortable, well equipped and has 3 toilets! It was ideal for ourselves and our grandchildren who enjoyed being able to play in the public green space in front of the house.
The welcome pack was appreciated - thank you.
Whilst having a garage to park in was a real bonus, it was quite a tight entrance for a family sized car. There is alternative parking, so it isn’t really an issue.
This is a really minor comment, but there were only 4 forks, again this wasn’t a problem and is obviously something that can easily be rectified.

Key Box next to the door. A nice house in a nice area. Parking was super easy on own premises. Rooms were tidy and the kitchen well equipped. All essentials were present!
The only thing to improve is the wifi. Although it is free, it can be improved as the internet was slow at times and it dropped every now and than..
