La posizione è centrale è comoda. La stanza grande e il letto e la biancheria pulita
Gli infissi sono vecchi e sporchi, così come il termosifone che è sporco e pieno fieno di polvere. Il frigobar era sporco ed aveva dentro medicine scadute. Il balcone molto sporco al punto da non poterlo usare. La doccia ha la tenda che sebbene fosse in buono stato non ritengo sia in generale molto igienica.
