Beautiful historic home. Very accommodating hosts. Centrally located to easily drive to sites! Will definitely return! City of Feltre was very nice.

No lift. But due to history home cannot put one in.

Gorgeous house, cellar, surrounding park, driveway -- very romantic.

1. Soundproofing. When the TV was on in the next room, it seemed like it was in my room. But the owners can't do anything about it, just like with the lack of air conditioning. Just for the information for tourists. So further -- about what can theoretically be fixed. 2. There is not a single hook in the bathroom (i.e. nowhere to hang clothes), there is not a single shelf inside the shower stall (i.e. soap, razor, toothbrush, etc. have to be simply placed on the floor). 3. There are no slippers, no spare pillow, no spare blanket in the closet (the blanket is quite relevant: B&B in the mountains, it can be chilly at night). The existing blanket is thin and cheap, as are the linens. In general, there is a strange feeling of the owner's love for this house and abandonment at the same time, a luxurious building and a very basic room and breakfast. For example, they asked €50 per day for two bicycles. Our rented Audi cost less. Are you a luxury hotel? – OK, then where are the slippers? 4. The front door is very tricky: without knowing the tricks (where to press, where to pull, where to turn) even with an engineering education it is impossible to open it either from the outside or from the inside. 5. The hosts consider it a duty of hospitality to communicate with guests throughout breakfast. It all depends on your temperament: for extroverts who are cheerful in the morning, this is probably great. 6. The driveway is covered with gravel, it is inconvenient to roll a suitcase on it, the wheels get stuck. All this would look like stupid quibbles, if not for the claim to a luxury villa and the prices (especially the prices for additional services). It seems to me that a one-time consultation with an ordinary specialist in the hotel business and a relatively small investment could justify this claim and transfer this B&B to the category it claims.

Absolutely stunning location. The ones you see on tv. I felt like a celebrity, driving up the property. Once I did so, the door of the building opened and I was greeted by the host. He quickly verified in what language we needed to speak - which was a very attentive thing to do. (English has been hard in this region.) The property itself is decorated with a fine taste. Breakfast is simple but nice. Great wine collection you can taste.

Don’t expect to ‘chill in your room’. My room had a bed and little windows. Perfect to sleep. Not to spend much time awake. There are plenty of other options in and around the building though.

The owner and his life partner are both very accommodating and welcoming. The location is tranquil and relaxing.
