The room was comfortable, well-equipped, the owner was very kind and helpful. The house is relatively close to the center, supermarcats are in very short distance. There is a nice parking area, as well.
Nothing negative regarding Casa Novocento, it is rather general, but the mobile coverage was quite weak (same for several phones and several service providers), this is something one might be prepared for.
