Super nice and kind hosts, free parking, no crowd, very good wi-fi, really AMAZING pool and courtyard, great peaceful location at the entry to Feltre, good breakfast (but with limited choice of food, what could be expected in a small property like this one), we got a really big apartment on the upper floor / attic.

Luckily the temperatures outside were not going above 30 degrees (we visited the place during summer) so the apartment was not super hot, but it still was quite hot, especially to sleep in the apartment. There is no air-conditioning (we got two ventilators that kept us alive) and no curtains or mosquito nets on the windows to allow opening them during the night without getting insects inside. Also, there was no fridge, and it is not possible to use the fridge in the kitchen at the ground floor, so having a cold beer or whatever e.g. next to the pool is difficult. There is no dishes in the apartment, making any dining there challenging. The TV was very small (PC monitor size) what would usually not pose a problem to us, but the world football cup was still on and we wanted to watch a few games. The floor was super cranky, waking up the others if you walk during night. Finally, the breakfast was exactly the same all three mornings we spent there - again not a big deal but we have seen better. In the defense of the property: the aircon and fridge are not mentioned in the description on Booking.com, so we should have taken this into account when booking.

Elio e Mascia sono unici e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Struttura da sogno, pulitissima e molto ben arredata. Da sogno la colazione con vista montagna e bellissima la piscina.
