Splendido appartamento, comodo, centrale, vista sull'oceano, e con servizio aria condizionata integrato che rende l'esperienza ancora più piacevole e confortevole! Assolutamente raccomandato. Un plus anche per l'assistenza di Albachiara - la nostra gentilissima host - che ha reso tutto ancora più facile ed accessibile con i suoi preziosi consigli su Santa Maria e l'isola in generale! Grazie mille.

This apartment is a little gem, superb location and lot of facilities. Good wifi signal.

Dogs barking during the night

Lovely property, nice furniture, comfy bed, gorgeous view of the sea from the balcony which is nice to sit and have breakfast on, powerful and hot shower, extremely helpful and responsive owner. Kitchen is well equipped and there was a big bottle of water in the fridge on my arrival. There is also an iron and toiletries and towels are provided

Could do with some new cutlery as quite rusty. Tiny bit of mould in shower. Be careful not to close the door too close on the balcony, I did it to keep the flies out and it blew closed and the latch at the bottom locked me out. I was promptly rescued though 🧡 Also make sure the bucket is under the air-con pipe on the balcony and emptied. It wasn’t when I arrived and I got a note pushed under the door from the neighbour downstairs as it was dripping onto her balcony, after messaging the host it was soon sorted, she’s a very nice lady and very helpful despite her being on holiday herself in Italy. Could have maybe done with more toilet roll, there was only one roll and I ran out.

Das ganze Mobiliar schon in die Jahre gekommen, Rost an den Fliesen, Dusche kaputt, Schloss klemmte, so dass wir Angst hatten, nicht mehr ins Haus zu kommen, um das Haus herum sieht es schon sehr marode aus. Zu dem Preis gibt es in Santa Maria bessere Unterkünfte.
