The location. We stay at porto antigo all the time but we always book with them directly.
This was a private apartment in the complex. It's cheaper but does not offer the same amenities.
The lady forgot to meet us at the property
Did not help us find the door either. The apartments aren't numbered in an easy way to find.
There were no blankets and only one sheet on the bed
Missing basic kitchen utensils
Cleaner didn't come at all during 6 night stay.was meant to come twice.. I asked.
No drying rack for your clothes and towels. No WiFi.
