Apt14 Porto Antigo 1 with Pool and Beach views

Lo mejor la ubicación, la piscina y la playa.

Lo peor es que la urbanización está plagada de gatos y mi mujer sufre de gatofobia. Mucho ruido en fiestas nocturnas en la playa. Accede gente de fuera de la urbanización que no está hospedada allí El personal de seguridad hace la vista gorda con la gente de fuera que entra a la playa. Playa sucia y hamacas rotas, No hay suficientes hamacas en la playa y como sugerencia poner sombrillas en la piscina. El restaurante de la playa no tiene comida (sólo tapas) y bebidas La cama plegable y sofá cama que ponen en el apartamento son incómodas. Deberían mejorarlos.

Location is a 11 out of 10. Pool and Ocean just in Front. Shops really close. Recommend also with Kids.

Great location in Santa Maria, close to restaurants, shop, beach, pier. Very quiet. Comfortable double bed. Inside apartment clean. Pool area ok. Host responsive.

Arrived late evening - I would have expected a couple bottles of water to have been left in the fridge. This should be standard! No kitchen cleaning items - sponge, washing up liquid etc. A very old looking mop and broom left outside but didnt know if it was for outside patio or inside apartment. Didn't really understand arrangements for house keeping and they didn't attend during the stay; host provided contact details for house keeping but no info about schedule for attendance. The patio door really needs fixing. I saw another review mentioning this and it has obviously not be seen to. With two female guests (one of which is 77yrs), and two children, it was frustrating to constantly have to struggle to slide the door open and closed each time, at it needed muscle power. The paddings for the beach chair which was on the patio need a good clean. We didn't use either of them at all as they looked too tatty and filthy. The table and chairs on patio also could do with a good clean. There was no water for a few hours on one day - contacted host who replied to say a new water pump was being installed (he was informed ahead of time but message went to junk mail). This was a bit annoying as we had to wait to have showers which affected our plans for the day. Please replace soap/shampoo caddy in shower area. It was repeatedly getting knocked off by an elbow and at times would just fall off - again, very annoying to have to keep picking items off the shower floor, and hook the caddy back up again.
