Branco Plaza 505 Santa Maria Center by RPG Group

Property in prime location there is a supermarket on the ground floor. Very friendly staff and close to the beach. Love that cafe and bakery was across the road. Very modern property and it had internet very comfy bed I love that the host was very accommodating brought extra bed and offered help with part Payment towards cleaning laundry as I was unaware there was no washing machine at the property. We were a family of 4 but decided to handwash as it was more convenient. Jody is very understanding and prompt in responding to any concerns or messages. Very safe location had secure locks and security personnel day and night.

I did not like that the airconditioning was not working for many days but they did try to fix it and it was fixed a few days before stay ended but it was so hot and abit uncomfortable without it . They supplied us with fans they tried so hard to get it sorted and finally it worked . Be aware there is no washing machine at the property so can be an issue especially if travelling with children . If this was added to the property it would make it so much better.
