Had a great time and the house and location were wonderful. There were only 5 of us staying here and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The only complaint I'd make is that there was not a lot of cookware & the kitchen items were scarce. Not sure how one would cook if there were more than 7-8 people here. Hardly any utensils, minimal selection of pots & pans, mostly smaller sizes. They could use a shower or place to rinse off before going back in house as well. None of this disrupted our stay, but if we had a large group, it would have been frustrating.

All 15 of us really loved this property! 2 houses down from the walk way to the beach. The pool was 2 streets over, you could walk but also super easy to drive. Plenty of room in the house and lots of towels.

This house was great for our family gathering of 16, ranging in ages 2-69. The kids had plenty of room to play and hang out and the numerous decks and hot tub were wonderful for early mornings and late evenings. The elevator made it easy to bring our stuff up to the third floor, as both my husband and I have bad knees. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of seating space for all. The place could be improved with just a few fixes. The water pressure was not so great and one shower did not drain well. The hot and cold were reversed in all the bathrooms. The kitchen needs to be stocked a little better, and the hot tub needs a little better cleaning. It would be nice to have hooks on the doors in the bathrooms to hold clothes or towels. It is not very far to the beach, which makes it nice, and there are two hoses in the garage level to wash the sand off when coming back from the beach.
