- locatie - behulpzame eigenaar - goed bed - ontbijt
- het is niet het meest modern, maar alles is functioneel en je krijgt wat je boekt/reserveert, dus prima!

Wir haben jeden Morgen ein sehr liebevoll zubereitetes, reichliches und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück bekommen. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich mit hilfreichen Hinweisen und Tipps unterstützt. Das Zentrum von Monopoli ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Auto stand sicher auf einem durch Schlüssel und Schranke gesicherten Hinterhof.
Auf der anderen Straßenseite vor der Wohnanlage befand sich am Strand eine Eventlocation mit lauter Musik und Partylärm bis ca. 22:00, die zumindest am Wochende gut frequentiert war.
