B&B Rotta Mediterranea

The location was excellent, and Paolo was a very friendly, helpful and welcoming host. The breakfast was good, and the espresso was absolutely excellent – one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

The breakfast could benefit from a little more variety. Even simple options such as boiled eggs, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers on some days, instead of serving cold cuts every day, would make a noticeable difference. Also, considering the price level of the accommodation, providing basic shampoo or shower gel would be a nice and expected touch. It doesn’t need to be anything expensive — sometimes it’s the small details that make the overall experience even better.

Loved the unique maritime aesthetic all around the property. The location was great, just a few meters from the beach. Breakfast is more than sufficient. Excellent coffee.

The room could be more well-equipped. We were in Monopoli for a wedding and needed an iron for our clothes but the property didn't have one. The nights can be a bit noisy from the apartments in the next building and even next door.

the most uncomfortable bed (and pillow) I have ever slept in my life! the owner of the b&b should definitely invest and buy a decent bed to host people!
