Land's End Villa

This is my second time in Land's end villa. I was here 2.5 years ago with my colleagues and we were in love from first sight with this place. I had a dream - bring my girlfriend, my future wife here to share those feelings of paradise. And here we come! Dream comes true. We are here and it's our honeymoon. She is so happy to be here and relax. View is perfect. Manager Thilina is so kind and friendly. Nature here around we live in it. Pool, sea, animals, birds, garden - I love everything. We will return here again, I know that.

Nothing to complain. Only good words for this place.

Excellent location. Animals, such as porcupine , coming to have some tasty food. Excellent views. Helpfull manager, tasty dinners with fish or crabs.

The pool is not clean at all. In fact you can not use it. Dirty mosquito net around the bed.

Location is amazing! The sunset, the pool, lovely! Staff is really nice and kind. Location is perfect, away from crowed but 10min walk to everything.

My room was downstairs and it was nice, however, the smell was strong (I don’t know if it was because of the rocks, humidity or what), I didn’t feel that was healthy for me. I only slept in the room with AC so the air can circulate. The bed wasn’t really comfortable. Wifi was nonexistent in my room.

Gorgeous location on the headland and short walk to Unawatuna beach.

Staff were fairly rude and tried to get me to pay 20% extra for having a guest in my room for a few hours during the day. You can see it was once a beautiful hotel but it has been neglected and in need of some significant maintenance. The pool was not really usable and was dirty. Bathroom was also poor and full of mosquitoes.
