потрясающее расположение: близко до моря и всех достопримечательностей. квартира чистая и просторная, есть все необходимое, удобные и большие кровати, хорошее постельное белье. в квартире есть кондиционер и вентиляторы в каждой комнате, а также просторный балкон с видом во двор. и, конечно, хочется отметить хозяина -- очень приятный, вежливый и участливый: забрал из аэропорта и даже отвез обратно, когда наш отпуск закончился, а также помог в некоторых вопросах с пребыванием в Грузии. мы остались очень довольны размещением в этой квартире. пожалуй, это идеальное место для тех, кто хочет комфортно жить рядом с морем и в самом центре исторического Батуми.

Квартира с идеальным расположением - совсем рядом с центральным пляжем, до старого города 5 минут, рядом большой парк с озером/зоопарком/парком аттракционов, окна во двор. Хозяева очень гостеприимные и отзывчивые.
Имейте в виду, что во время дождей могут быть перерывы с подачей воды - это особенность города, тут просто надо быть к этого готовым.
