Квартира великолепная, просторная, светлая.Рядом все,что необходимо. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания.В шаговой доступности от моря и других достопримечательностей города.
Находится на пятом этаже, немного тяжело подниматься, но мы как-то сразу привыкли. К душу нужно подпривыкнуть, то горячая льет, то резко холодная, но это ни коем образом не отразилось на общем впечатлении. Немного шумновато, так как окна выходят на проспект.

Удачное месторасположение. Квартира находиться между площадью Европы и площадью Пьяцца. Из окна открывается прекрасный вид на Старый Батуми
