Очень понравились хозяева, абсолютно положительный опыт. Чистая приятная квартира со всем необходимым бельем и посудой, чистое свежее белье, суперский вид. Внизу есть кафе где можно позавтракать.

The property was in good location,close to the main attractions in Batumi
Communications with the owner was excellent
This is private apartment in Porta tower Batumi so don't expect official reception, except owner nobody speak English
The owner should replace the pans they are all demaged so forget about cooking
The apartments should be more clean

I wish I'd stayed longer. Gulnur was amazing - she helped me get into the apartment and called a taxi for me when I was leaving. She even met me at the door of the apartment to wait until the taxi arrived! The communication was excellent. The view of the sea was perfect! I highly recommend staying at this wonderful apartment.
