Very nice house and the host makes the difference

The house is very comfortable and spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped including not only the basics for cooking but all the necessary for preparing several dishes, the host also made available for buy some wines and frozen dishes if you are not prepared. The common space (garden and pool) is very nice also and very quiet, the neighborhood is secure and calm.

super nice house with chill area

1. very well decorated and cleaned. we felt like home. 2. we prepared dinner and casa paraty already provided all required utilities. also for laundry 3. super nice area to chill in the balcony + common swimming pool 4. arsenal to kill mosquitos available 5. recommendations and availability of the staff in case of question, very quick answers via WhatsApp which made things easy 6. free parking in city centre if reserved in advance

The swimming pool and the are was beautiful. The host also put our disposal some water and beers this was very welcoming. It was easy to discuss via whatsapp with the host.

La maison est spacieuse et très agréable. La piscine est partagée avec les autres maisons mais nous avons quasiment toujours été tout seul. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. On a pu garer les 2 voitures à l'intérieur du jardin.

Muito agradável e confortável.

Excelente localização, bairro tranquilo e silencioso, acesso fácil à Rio-Santos e vaga de estaciona o centro histórico que foi muito prática. Passeio de barco indicado pelo proprietário foi perfeito (Barco Manati), casa muito confirmável, limpa e com ótimas roupas de cama, banho além dos utensílios de cozinha em ótimo estado.

Sugiro estacionar o carro de ré na vaga de garagem pra evitar das frutas das árvores da casa caírem no vidro do carro e causar danos.
