The perfect stay for 2-4 people in the beautiful Paraty.

The property was adorable, very clean and had everything we needed. The best part was that we could wake up at any time and have breakfast unlike staying at a hotel or pousada and missing breakfast after a certain time. The home even provided a cooler which we used to take to the beach. A/c worked very well

The only thing we dislike was that the toilet didn’t have a bidet like most bathrooms do in Brazil

Peaceful stay away from Paraty bustle.

It’s a lovely property in a chill neighbourhood, a little further away from old town (30 min walk) and the road just outside is a mud one. The accommodation was also flexible with including a 5th guest on short notice. The wifi was also really good, we were able to work remotely as well.

We faced a few communication issues which led to misunderstandings. for instance, they were convinced I had ordered a mattress, which I hadn’t. Note: There’s a 1500 R$ deposit payment onsite mentioned in the terms somewhere, but not very evident - it would be better to surface this during the booking process to avoid surprises.

Lovely apartment that easily fit 4 people. Comfortable beds. Great balcony. Strong AC. Short walk to the beach. Great staff who can help out with everything.

Clean apartment though location not ideal

Comfortable apartment that was very clean and well equipped. Cleaning lady was helpful and very nice.

Location was not great, roads were very bumpy to get there and car could have easily got stuck due to rain. There was a misunderstanding on our part in terms of price, but the host was extremely disrespectful on the phone. If it had not been a short stay we would have gathered our things and left. Be sure to read all the terms of the house before going in detail as to not to have to deal with him.

O Flat é muito bom. Tudo novo e bem limpo. Ar condicionado novo e perfeito. Recepção no local pela Jéssica e ligação telefônica do dono também foram muito bons. Atenciosos e gentis. Acomoda muito bem duas ou até três famílias. Recomendo a estada. Não há do que reclamar.

Não houve nada em especial que eu não tenha gostado. O Flat fica longe do centro mas a praia na frente também é boa. A caminhada é fácil e rápida. Tem ótimos restaurantes bem perto, assim como padaria.

Très bel appartement avec grande terrasse, très bien équipé, très agréable, propre, la dame qui nous a accueilli a été très bien.

Un peu loin du centre de Paraty, il faut prendre un taxi mais sinon, juste à côté de la plage.

Excelente. Tudo de muito bom gosto e pensado para atender os hóspedes. Desde a reserva até nossa chegada em Paraty o Esron foi muito atencioso e nos ajudou bastante com dicas de passeio. A casa é linda e funcional, as camas confortáveis, o chuveiro com água quentinha..
