Nothing as we did not get what we paid for the host was most unfriendly and unhelpful

Not greeted in a friendly manner and no effort to speak even a little english.lf you are renting rooms to English people then some attempt should be made. The cooker was not working and we spent 3hrs wasting valuable holiday time while they messed about with no clue. The cooker needed replacing but was never fixed or replaced and we had to go without a hot meal after a very long and stressful day We will be pressing for a full refund as our day was completely ruined and not only did we not get what we paid for we had a hostile host to deal with a complete disaster

Lovely property great location friendly responsive host however unfortunate Mosquito issue.

Great Location - 15 minute walk to the train station then 30 minute train ride into the centre of Brussels, Approximately 20 minute drive too the battlefield as well, I for one strongly recommended the battlefield site as a must see the museum there is so very interesting ! Area - The area in general is quiet, peaceful and the locals seem friendly Amenities- the property is well stocked with anything you might need i.e pot's, pan's, TV, DVD player and plenty of DVD's Host - The host was friendly and quick to answer any questions very approachable.

Bikes - The property offers bikes to it's guests we where looking forward too using them to cycle around the battlefield but where told after we arrived that they where broken, however the host did apologies and find alternative transportation, still it was disappointing as we could not get bikes anywhere else and it dented our plans. Mosquitos - We stayed in the middle of August and I am not sure if it's just due to the unusually hot weather, but we had a real problem with Mosquitos of course you can just close the windows but it's too hot to sleep with them closed, might I suggest investing in some Mosquito netting.

There was absolutely no storage space. Had to live out of suitcase. We had to ask for towels as there were 2 small towels provided. The bed did not have proper sheets on it also.

Position: close to Waterloo 1815 and to the train station (Bruxelles city center 30 minutes away)

The apartment is not very clean, spiders and dust are everywhere. The staff don’t speak English and the lady that welcome us looked like she was in a rush to go somewhere. She didn’t explained a lot, after the first meeting we tried to contact the owners with a mail asking for extra blankets, wi-fi (that wasn’t working at all) and tools to fix the bikes provided (one bike saddle was very low and it was really uncomfortable to ride that way) but we didn’t receive an answer. It’s a pity because the apartment could be really nice with a better maintenance.
