This was our second time staying at Villa Maria, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! 🏖️ The host is very kind, polite, and welcoming, always ready to help. He even gave us an upgrade to a better apartment — we are so thankful for that! He’s also very understanding and flexible — whenever possible, he goes the extra mile to help. For example, this time we needed to check in earlier, and he kindly arranged it without any problem. The whole place is clean and well-maintained, with white, fresh linens and towels, comfortable beds, and always hot water. You can really feel that the owners are constantly improving the place and care about their guests’ comfort. Each apartment has its own sun loungers on the grassy yard, and you can take them with you to the beach, which is just a few steps away — you literally go down a short path and you’re right there by the sea. 🌊 We highly recommend Villa Maria to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy place by the sea. Thank you so much — we’ll definitely be coming back again! 🙏💙

Excellent location with a beautiful view of the sea. Very nice pebble beach with crystal clear water. Nice beach bar/restaurant.

Rather basic accommodation. Tiny kiitchenette, very small bathroom without any shower curtain. Ugly furniture, plastic patio chairs and tbe worst bed ever.

The best place to stay at Mola Kalyva

The owner was very friendly and helpful, as we were the first customers of the season he upgraded our room for a bigger size with amazing sea view, for no extra charge. Very good food at their restaurant, we are there few times and always was very delicious. We received lovely gift as we were leaving. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back there!

Watching the see early in the morning or late in the evening straight from your balcony is awesome!

There is a lot of room for children to play in the backyard, which is great. The only problem is that there are a few spots that are not child-safe - the stairs to the beach, the front gate that is always open. Parents should always keep an eye.

Amplasarea locației la malul mării. Liniștea și sunetul valurilor. Gazdele foarte amabile și disponibile (in timpul sejurului a fost o noapte mai furtunoasa și atunci gazdele au înștiințat oaspeții că totul va fi bine și orice avem nevoie ,la orice oră,ei sunt acolo)

Nu ne-a plăcut că șezlongurile nu erau pe plajă,trebuia să le cărăm noi zilnic. Nici umbrela nu am avut (așa cum scrie in descriere.)

Litet boende precis vid havet och stranden

Enkel standard men det fanns vad jag behövde. Skön säng, litet pentry med kokplatta och vattenkokare. Myggnät på alla fönster ifall man vill sova med öppna fönster istället för AC. Det magiska är läget, underbar havsutsikt från markterrassen. Fin strand med fantastiskt vatten. Ta med badskor för det är stenigt när man går i och det finns sjöborrar. Sedan hade en de härlig terrass under parasoll och träd med mycket skugga där man fick låna solsängar. Några trappsteg ned till havet. Underbara dagar för avkoppling! I lilla byn finns 4 matställen och 2 minimarkets med promenadavstånd. Stort plus för gratis parkering inne på hotellområdet.

Det enda nackdelen är att det finns en bar precis bredvid. En natt spelade de högljudd musik till kl 03.30 och en annan livemusik till midnatt. Så ingen sömn på de nätterna trots att jag hade stängt fönster och dörrar. AC låter högt om man är känslig för det.

Minunat, recomand!

Recomand cu incredere. Locatia este foarte buna. Plaja se afla la citiva metri de casa, doar ca este cu pietre, este necesara incaltaminte speciala, altfel te dor picioarele. Noi am fost alaturi la 10 minute cu masina la plaja Fourka (acolo plaja e cu putine pietre si mult nisip). Camera a fost curata (se face curat o data la 3 zile). Proprietarul este amabil si ne-a oferit cite ceva ce am avut nevoie. Camera este dotata cu plita electrica, ceainic electric si cele necesare pentru bucatarie (furculite, farfurii, cani, pahare, tigaie, ceaun). Daca doriti sa gatiti mai luati de acasa cutit. In camera este TV si conditioner, wi-fi lucreaza doar afara pe teritoriu, in camera nu prea prinde. Sezlonguri sunt pe teritoriu, se poate de le luat la plaja. Pe teritoriu sunt copaci si masina sta parcata la umbra. In apropiere este market si taverne cu mincare gustoasa, inghetata, fructe de mare. Preturile sunt accesibile. Recomand cu drag, la sigur mai revenim aici!

Schöner Meerblick

Wir hatten die Junior Suite mit Meerblick gebucht. Wir bekamen die Suite mit Meerblick im 1. Stock (Nummer 12). Unten im Haus, wo mal das Restaurant war, waren 3 neu renovierte Suiten, hierfür hätten wir aber einen Aufpreis zahlen müssen. Alles Nötige war vorhanden. Der Ausblick sehr schön vom Balkon. Ein sicherer Parkplatz ist auf dem Gelände vorhanden.

Der Kiesel-, Steinstrand ist sehr schmal. Das Wlan war sehr schwach.

Très jolie résidence, merveilleusement située en front de mer. Notre chambre avait une superbe vue sur celle-ci avec une belle terrasse pour prendre les repas. Accueil très sympathique et attentionné des propriétaires.

Übernachten am Strand

Wunderschönes neu ausgebautes Appartement mit Terrasse direkt am Meer. Wellenrauschen beim Einschlafen und danach den ganzen Tag 😃Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier richtig. Der Strand ist etwas steinig, von daher am besten Badeschuhe anziehen. Das Wasser ist wunderbar klar und sauber. Die Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr herzlich und hilfreich. Wir bekamen gleich eine gute Tavernenempfelung. Wir kommen gerne wieder und erzählen unseren Freunden von den schönen Tagen.
