Pleasant stay.

Located in a serene and peaceful area, yet conveniently close to fantastic restaurants, with welcoming and friendly staff.

The pool required a thorough clean or at least a water filter replacement.

Dan's October solo trip

This typical Greek family run apartment was as expected and comfortable. Owner Nikos friendly and spoke very good English. It was very quiet when I visited, so I pretty much had the pool to myself. Nice garden area. Bed super comfortable. Good walking close by and up onto cliffs with stunning views.

Not a lot i didn't like. It's a bit out of the main area, perhaps 20 minutes walk. That might be an issue if you don't want to walk when too hot. Nikos was wearing a Liverpool FC jacket when I arrived. It's not a great first impression when you're an Everton supporter lol 😆

Trash bin could have been change more often cause its smells bad very quickly when ist that warm, but i think if we asked host about it there will be no problem with that

Good value for money

The garden is really beautiful and well taken care of, good parking space and the staff was really nice and willing to help. The refrigerator was not working when we arrived and they immediately replaced it with a brand new one. We had nice friendly conversations with the owner's son who gave us some good tips about the area. The pool looked great, super clean, but we did not use it because we wanted to explore the island. Pool closes at 8PM

The room didn't have mosquito nets at any of the windows nor at the door and there were verry many mosquitos, especially in the evening and at night. If there had been any mosquito nets, we could have slept with the door open and didn't need any air conditioning as the temperature at night was perfect!

quiet stay with really kind and helpful staff and a welcoming room

The place is truly beautiful, very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a break from the chaos of the city, close to various beaches and supermarkets. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Niko, a very kind person who also helped us with questions about the place and advice on visiting Corfu. The room was equipped with everything we needed for a stay, clean and welcoming, with the essentials. The pool was PERFECT, and we found it empty so we were able to make the most of it. Overall, I found everything perfect and I truly loved everything. I was truly happy, an unforgettable experience, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. thanks again to Niko

I would come back

The hosts were very friendly and relaxed. They also were quick to solve the drain that blocked, so that's great. The pool and garden were beautiful and clean. It is very well situated between 2 beaches away from big crowd. We ended up staying 4 nights. Walk distance from all important things.

The bed and pillows were better than the ground, but not by far. Maybe an upgrade needed, but for the price I don't complain, it's still a bed!

Superb

Staff is the best, they truly make you feel at home. The area is very nice, close to Sidari. Easy to move around with a car. Rooms are relatively simple but you’ll get everything you need to spend a couple of good days in Corfu.

Fabulous apartments which I would highly recommend.

Nicos and his family were so welcoming, he waited till 2 am to welcome us and show us to our room.he gave us lots of information about the area and anything we needed to know. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed the AC was very effective which was very much needed. the pool area was well maintained and relaxing.

The room looks nothing like the photos ,it was a lot more rustic,and definitely not modern,like in most of the pictures,but it was very spacious ,the last picture is closer to reality, First night i couldn't flush the toilet,but it was fixed next day It takes a long time for the water to heat up,in the shower

Alex Katerina apartments.

The location. A short walk into the village of Peroulades. Less than a mile walk to Canal d'Amour. Nice swimming pool. Very good onsite taverna. I had sofrito, a Corfiot dish, which was very nice. Next day I had pastitsio on Niko's recommendation. It was fresh out of the oven and it was very good. One of the best I've ever had. Alex Katerina is run by a very friendly Greek family who looked after me very well. I have stayed here twice now. Highly recommended.

it’s perfect for some relaxing time. it’s 5 minutes away by car to beautiful beaches but at the same time it’s located in a very quiet area. but for sure the best is the staff: niko, his sister and everyone there is always willing to help you with a big and beautiful smile and will make you feel like at home.

Cheap and amazing apartment

Very very friendly host and great location close to canal d'amour...cape drastis was also only 30 min away walking. Very Big room with balcony and a small kitchen. It was quiet and overall we had a great stay THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Nice quiet place for a vacation

Nice location, the pool was next to our comfort apartment. Owner Nikos was always there to help, his sister was also very kind in the bar, always have cold beer. Last day they let us stay all day free. All recommendations for this facility. We'll come back for sure.

A good choice for a reasonable price

The place is located a bit far from the main roads, but in a walking distance to natural sights: Cape Drastis, Logas beach, Canal d'Amor. The room is spacious with all the necessary things. There's a good mini market within just 600m. Nikos is a great, hospitable and very attentive host. He is always there to answer any questions, help with any concerns or even show some beautiful spots like Porto Timoni. His father Alex cooks the best moussaka!

It's better to come in the season. There's no heating. And in November it's quite cold at night.

Friendly family orientated appartments and restaurant. The food was delicious and super tasty. Really.good value for money. The staff are lovely and made us feel very welcome.

We stayed 5 days we liked that the room is veryy spacious its a studio , kitchen got all basic that u need very close to sidari 6 min by car nice pool very calm at night .our room was tied up every day

A loooooooooot of mosquitos and there is no net , the bathroom curtain not really clean ..NO hot water in the morning ,sink in bathroom was moving .

Amazing place for not just a family vacation.

Nikos is a very nice host, his father Alex cooks delicious homemade Greek food in their restaurant, there is a large and clean pool. We have been here three times and we are going next year again of course :-)

Wasn't expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for!

Didn't have breakfast but the food was excellent and staff were very friendly. Wi-Fi was decent

Beds were on the hard side. No Coffee machine. Advert mentioned coffee machine and and air -con but omitted there was a 5Euro per night charge for air-con. Very basic equipment that has been well used. Fridge door didn't close properly and motor ran most of the night and kept freezing the food instead of chilling it. I reported this on the second day but nothing was done about it Sink and Toilet roll holder loose and knobs missing off drawers. Music in room discouraged although screaming kids were tolerated which I found a little hypocritical

Absolute gem

This is a fabulous place to stay. If you want a peaceful holiday this is perfect. Location first, perfectly situated with a supermarket five minutes away. Wonderful tavernas within 15 minutes walking distance either way, and only a twenty five minute walk into the heart of the resort and beach. Perfect location for walks around other nearby villages. The apartments themselves are everything that you would expect/need for basic self catering holiday. Nice big rooms with comfy beds. A lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds ideal for soaking up the hot sun. The on site restaurant offers up some of the finest food around and is made by the patriarch of the wonderful family that own and run this place. There is nothing too much trouble for them. All this for a truly remarkable price. Will definitely return.

Super - immer gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist super. Man ist schnell im „Touristenzentrum“ und am Strand, aber hat auch einen super Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Der Pool, sowie die Zimmer waren sauber und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Ggf. könnte man das eine oder andere der Küchenausstattung erneuern, aber für uns hat es dennoch gereicht. Ich bin sicher, wenn wir den direkten Bedarf gehabt und nachgefragt hätten, wäre direkt gehandelt worden. Besonders positiv möchte ich betonen, das bereits Modernisierungen ( die bei Beurteilungen hier kritisiert wurden) umgesetzt wurden. Dh das Bad verfügte über eine neue Duschstange inkl. Brause etc. Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis ist sehr gut und die Herzlichkeit der Betreiber sollte betont werden.

Ggf. Mückennetze an der Balkontür / Eingangstür anbringen.
