Good but could be better

Light and cool flat with plenty of windows; firm but very comfortable beds; nice big fridge; roomy walk-in shower; TV that worked; comfy settees in living area; useful table for meals; easy check-in using an external key box; location is obviously good as it's so close to the sea front and to Ina's cafe/supermarket; regularly cleaned - bins emptied, change of towels and bedding;

Noisy aircon with no instructions; lack of shelving/storage for belongings, just had wardrobes; a coffee machine that didn't work for me; mosquito netting that didn't fit the windows properly, needed because of the mosquitos from the stagnant water stream next to the building p.s I don't mind mosquitoes, they have a right to life too; no mood lighting, just stark overhead ceiling lights, so had to buy candles; extremely uncomfortable balcony chairs making the balcony unusable; no safe area for storing valuables; litter left lying around on the road to/from the property - I collected three shopping bags full and put them in the skip that is on the same road - we all need to take care of our environment.

Comfortable

Good location a few minutes walk from beach. Large rooms, spacious, nice bathroom. Just about everything you need for your stay. Good AC. Quiet at night. Helpful staff. Liked the shower outside to wash the sand off.

Only thing that needs improvement would be a set of drawers in each bedroom to give you a bit more clothes storage.

Spacious, bright, neat and clean in great location. Nice to have a table in the room and enough space all around.

Slightly high pillows, but no real issue. A blanket on the bed would have been nice in addition to the linen.

Hot terrible experience

The location is good. It's just minutes from the beach, and we could see the beach off a little distance from our room. Unfortunately, the location and the mosquito screens were the only thing we liked about this place.

The property itself would be fine except for the owner who makes it a very unpleasant place to stay. The main problems were the A/C and her surliness. It was HOT every day we were there - 90sF (33-36C), and the owner DIDN'T LET US USE THE A/C UNLESS WE WERE IN THE ROOM. It's on a second floor, there are no shutters/rollers, no shading, and the room is one large studio w one A/C head, so it takes hours for it to cool down from the 90sF (33-36C and higher) that it gets during the day. Forget popping in for a cool nap. Or sleeping soon at night. Our first night we turned the A/C on Turbo... and then ...sweated under the sheet, or almost sweated above it, being eaten by mosquitoes because the cleaners weren't careful about the screens. We moved the bed nearer to A/C to try and get cool but still it wasn't enough. Sometime in the morning it did cool down enough to fall asleep, but the toilet lid BANGED every time I got up and kept waking my exhausted daughter. (That's another thing. There's a stinginess. A banging toilet lid?! We originally got two pillows for two people. There's no hooks, no real drawers to put things. The kitchen lacks some essentials. They didn't replace the toilet paper or bring new towels or clean until we were leaving...) The owner's idea of customer service was to tell me I was lying about the heat. We could have solved the A/C problem by leaving the A/C at 28C so the room had a baseline, but the owner TURNED IT OFF and told us this was not allowed, so the room heated back into the 90sF (mid-thirties C) again. Even the cleaning lady was unpleasant, not cleaning our room, but looking in and giving my daughter a hard time for moving the bed. Shut offs are not uncommon, but other places either stayed cooler w shading, shades, and small bedrooms w their own A/C, and/or allowed me to keep a unit on. This place is also not for the Wifi/Cell sensitive. Routers are near.

Posizione a 1 minuto a piedi dal mare, zona silenziosa, struttura riammodernata e accogliente. Eravamo nell'appartamento al piano terra con 2 stanze e gli spazi sono molto ben organizzati

Buono per soggiorni brevi

L'appartamento era pulito, spazioso e ben arredato. Self check in comodo. Wifi perfettamente funzionante. Ok per soggiorni brevi (3/4 giorni).

Cucina funzionante ma vecchiotta e sprovvista di qualsiasi condimento (non c'erano né olio né sale che di solito si trovano nelle case vacanze). Avevamo prenotato un appartamento con vista mare ma in realtà la vista mare era laterale e l'appartamento in verità affacciava su un canale e su altre case (andava benissimo ma avremmo preferito fosse specificato in fase di prenotazione). Purtroppo la sera arrivavano molte zanzare e non si poteva uscire sul balcone (basterebbe mettere a disposizione dei repellenti per esterni). Zanzariera per uscire un po' scomoda. In una settimana non sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani. Come in molte strutture in Grecia non si può gettare la carta nel water. Le indicazioni su pulizia/gestione dei rifiuti non erano presenti ma c'era solo un cartello dietro la porta con la password del wifi e con scritto di chiamare per eventuali esigenze. Nel nostro appartamento il climatizzatore era un po' rumoroso e con getto d'aria che arrivava direttamente sul letto.

Tutto sommato è un buon appartamento

L’appartamento è molto accogliente , unica pecca è la cucina un po’ vecchiotta e gli untensili ce lo stretto indispensabile.

La zanzariera scomodissima per uscire e il fatto che se si staccava la chiave la corrente non c’era quindi il frigo così diventava un po’ inutile e la geolocalizzazione su maps praticamente inesistente

Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt. Direkt am Meer zwischen Restaurants und Cafes und trotzdem sehr sehr ruhig. Unser Zimmer war sauber und sehr großzügig und nett eingerichtet. Wir waren in der Vorsaison und fanden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis prima. Die Vermieterin ist extrem lieb, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat mir Blumen zum Muttertag organisiert und vorbeigebracht, darüber habe ich mich wahnsinnig gefreut.

In der Küche gibt es keine Kaffeemaschine und die Küchenutensilien sind sehr spärlich bzw. nicht vorhanden. Das Studio wurde innerhalb von 14 Tagen zwei mal gereinigt inklusive Handtücher und Bettwäsche.
