+ Good location for traveling in Mishima and Shuzenji area by car because hotel is located near the highway and it has parking lot. + Very clean room and public area + Staff are kind and helpful although they can't speak English. They are willing to help and communicate via translation divice. + Good facility: private onsen with Fuji view, massage chair +Room is clean and well equipped. There are fridge, electric thermos. The fridge is big enough for storing frozen breast milk bags :)

Nothing to complain

The staff was great! They may not be very fluent in English but somehow I could understand them. They were very hospitable which gave me such a great impression. (When I arrived at Izu-Nagaoka station and did not know how to get to the ryokan, they sent a staff to pick me up) The room for two people was very spacious and clean with mountain view. I had a comfortable night, sleeping on a futon. The location of the ryokan is also very close to Izunokuni panorama park (4-5 minutes walk).

The hairbrush (the one offered with ukata rope set) was not in a good condition.

So kind and friendly. Great view of Fuji. Beautiful outdoor baths.
