The room with the garden view where we stayed was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop onsen set up was great and we really enjoyed our time.
It's about 15 minutes walk from the station to the apartment. Easy walk if travelling with backpack. For those travelling with bigger suitcases, be prepared for the distance especially in hot weather.

Great location right on the sea front. Room was very modern and extremely clean. No en suite shower but public bath as well as private onsen available so no problem. Terrace bbq was great and a perfect way to spend an evening!
They are very strict on check in times. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity if the hotel.

It was my birthday stay. This hotel was renewed from old style minshuku, so some parts (tatami floor and futons remain), beds are available also. The private furo was wonderful, I had a great birthday eve family bathing. There are convenience stores and groceries and restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car from shimoda, it was wise to have a car in IZU area.
