    Happy to stay in this hotel - Nice staffs in reception and restaurant, good foods in breakfast and dinner. Good Onsen facilities . They also provided Free shuttle bus between station and the hotel.

    Be welcomed by the view of the magnificent Mt Fuji in the morning on clear blue sky. The hotel does not come with laundromat service. However, the room is clean and cosy. Worth the stay!

    They have a roof top open air bath. In the morning, you can see Mt. Fuji as you take your bath. I stayed there for 3 days and there was a different color for the towels provided on each day. My room was cleaned so well, daily. The parking is ample and free.

    New Hakkeien is amazing! Starting with the hospitality of the staff, the beautiful location, the onsen (which is my favorite) and the food. Definitely a great way to escape the business of the bigger cities. I highly suggest staying here more than one nigh
