This building was recently built (2011) and offers a 45-m² covered terrace and a view of our fenced parkland (with oaks). The beach is located 3 km away, there is a cycle path all along (bikes can be rented). The house sits close to Soulac-sur-Mer and Montalivet. We had a wonderful holiday during our stay in this fantastic house. The house is more spacious than we had imagined and has a nice large veranda.
House has all equipment needed to have a perfect holiday.
We would like to go there again in the future.

und hat es in dem Haus sehr gefallen. Es ist super eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. super Pool, tolle Hängematten, schöne Sitzecke draussen. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell am Strand. Super zum sein oder surfen. vielen Dank.
