About this villa rental

This building was recently built (2011) and offers a 45-m² covered terrace and a view of our fenced parkland (with oaks). The beach is located 3 km away, there is a cycle path all along (bikes can be rented). The house sits close to Soulac-sur-Mer and Montalivet. We had a wonderful holiday during our stay in this fantastic house. The house is more spacious than we had imagined and has a nice large veranda. House has all equipment needed to have a perfect holiday. We would like to go there again in the future.

We had an excellent time in this house. The house is packed with all you need for a hassle free holiday. It is perfect for a family with children as the lounge and kitchen open to the terrace and the pool so you can always keep an eye on the kids when they play in the pool. The house is located in a very quiet area a few metres away from the cycle lane taking you to the local beach ( bikes are provided with the house). There are many bars and restaurants by the beach. There is a small supermarket 10min walk from the house. Claude, the neighbour, is full of advice of what to see in the area and on hands for any issue you may have. The nearby town, Montalivet, has a market held everyday where you can buy fresh local products. I highly recommend this rental for a family or friends who are looking for a quiet holiday with all the comfort of your own home with the perks of your own pool and the ocean just a stone thrown away!
