Rent house with garden 350 m2 800 m from the sea and 1km from Dolus village of Tartifume

Beautiful idyllic property. Perfect for a group of friends. The property is located in walking distance to a beautiful quiet beach. Short drive from the supermarket and local town centre. Needed to pay a cleaning fee on arrival, although we kept the property clean and left it exactly as we found it, so there was little cleaning for the host to do. Also, a damages deposit has to be left with host on arrival and is returned at the end of the stay. Owner doesnt speak any English, but using Google translate supported the conversation. Overall, would definitely return.

Great house. Everything, and more that you needed. Pussible to walk to the beach. Highly recommen it. Will ho again

Room for 3 families. Adequate kitchen 2 large fridges. Downstairs air con only. Upstairs gets very hot. No fans provided. No bedding or duvets but blankets/french pillows provided. Matress`s very comfortable covered in plastic sheeting. Ceilings creak. Fronts directly onto a slightly busy road in a rural location it is non the less quiet and peacefull surrouded by pretty scenary of fields and quiet lanes. Fabulous location 5 mins to beach with rock pools when tide out ,great for families old and young. Aprox 2kms next beachs are surfing beaches. Tuille beach is still the preferred! Good sandy beach backed by sand dunes and when the tide is right out exposing rock pools and flat sand to play on. Only thing to watch out for is the jelly fish but the brown ones are not dangerous. lovely holiday destination. Barbeque in garden and sun loungers/parasols. Owner only speaks french. Dolus has boulangerie and small supermarket. Take back roads to St pierre (all supermarkets) to avoid traffic. We would recommend this property and think a great shame that they have not included more accurate photographs of both the inside and outside of the property. It is an old farm house and there are lots of lovely things like good china ect in the french cabinets and ornaments. We obviously avioded using this as we had toddlers and had to move lots of things away. The garden is perfect in size and safe for small children. Would be very happy to return to this property for another holiday. .
