Apartments Zicara

The studio apartment was very nice and well equipped. The outside terraces were a bonus. Host was very good about communicating everything including check-in and check-out procedures. Location was excellent. Close to the Ploce gate but outside the old town so a bit calmer.

We stayed in the Comfort One Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and loved it. -PERFECT location! Taxi was able to leave us right outside the door and there was only 1 set of stairs up to the apartment. Super close walk to the walls of the old town but no need to drag suitcases through town (thank goodness). -2 comfy beds in the bedroom - enough bedding and they each had an extension outlet to plug in electronics, and individual lamps. -Shower was good and had enough hot water. -Washing machine worked great, detergent available, and drying racks outside. -Host was so friendly/responsive and let us check out late. -A/C worked great. -Wifi worked fine for 2 of us. -Tons of indoor lighting but also curtains to block out sun. -Table in the kitchen with chairs as well as a desk and chair in the bedroom provided lots of space and seating. -Luggage rack in the bedroom to put suitcase on was helpful. Note that you enter the property with a code, and then there are 3 different apartments inside up the stairs. You share one side of the patio space with 1 other rented apartment but we never had any issues. The apartment front door also double locks so we always felt safe and secure. Overall we had a great stay and the apartment felt like the host truly thought through all the little things that a traveling guest would need. My friend and I visited for vacation and it was the perfect cozy spot for us!

Nothing! The bathroom door drags on the floor a bit and makes a loud noise but it was never too bothersome.

Location was great. Easy access and great communication from host. Old town within walking distance. Clean and tidy room, comfortable with air conditioning which was definitely needed! Nice outdoor space with a partial view of the ocean. Had a washing machine which is useful while travelling. Kitchenette which is also useful. Would recommend.

The door to bathroom sticks to the floor and not easy to open/close…difficult to use- had to lift to close/open. Squeaky door on fridge just requires some maintenance….only little things otherwise a great stay

The living room bed is uncomfortable, and there's no fan to keep it cool at night. Additionally, the soundproofing between apartments is poor, so noise from next door is an issue
