Wonderful Stay

Even though there is no where very close to park your car, the location of the apartment is FANTASTIC. Being across the street from old town is perfect. The host was very patient and very understanding. He was always very responsive and helpful

Fantastic location, great apartment and lovely host

The apartment is just outside the walled old town. Which is great as taxis can drop you off outside (cars are not allowed inside the walls so could be quite the trek if you stay inside and could be many stairs to get to the accomodation). Day trips picked us up at the nearby bus stop (1-2 walk). A couple of convenience shops nearby and a bakery along with a luggage storage which we used the last day due to a late flight back (the luggage storage also arranged us a taxi which was cheaper than the taxi rank outside). Amazing restaurants on your doorstep before you go into the old town (Konona Maestro, Gusta Me and Port 22). Three of the bedrooms were huge, one small one with a single bed. Great for a family or group of friends. So many towels and facilities to do washing. I didn’t think we would use the machine but found we did. The kitchen had most things I can think of if you did want to stay in to cook at any point

Perfect for family visiting Dubrovnik

Great apartment for a family of seven. Fantastic location and all our needs were met ( kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, steamer, etc). Clean and bright. Our host was very communicative and helpful. Loved the deck!

Spectacular location, plus great AC, comfy beds, a friendly host = a perfect stay in Dubrovnik

This apartment is a true gem. Clean, powerful AC, and plenty of space for my elderly parents and my family with three kids. There are two large bedrooms and two smaller bedrooms, so this place can work for two families also. We cooked breakfast and made sandwiches for lunch everyday. Did a load of laundry and hung it on the clothesline like true Croatians everyday. Stanko, the host, went out of his way to help my parents when they arrived before us. If you don't want to deal with the hassle of staying inside the old city, but you still want to be close, this location is perfect. We would go into the old city in the morning before it got hot and crowded. Then we'd come back to the apartment to relax in the AC, then head out again feeling refreshed. It is an easy walk to Banje Beach too. We did a private boat tour with Stanko, and this was the highlight of the trip. Cheaper than a group tour, and we left earlier in the morning than the group tours, so we had the caves and beaches practically to ourselves. Thank you, Stanko, for an amazing trip!

The location of the property was incredible! Right across the street from old town and close to the Ploce gate and the ferries to Lokrum. Three of the bedrooms have air conditioning. Very clean.

A nice and convenient stay near the city.

Location was perfect to the city. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to do laundry and cook some meals at the apartment. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. The apartment was also conveniently located to the cable car and the city busses run right outside the front door. The apartment had nice views of the city and the walls.

Would have been good to have one more shower.

Easy check in The house is big, rooms are confortable, shower is great and the air conditioning works perfectly. Best part is its location… really close to 2 of the city gates and to the city beach. The house balcony face the walls… really nice view from the balcony. Amazing choice.

To be so close to the Old Town is such a bonus together with such a stunning harbour view.

Very good location just outside the wall. Very spacious. Beds were comfortable and bed linen was crisp. Overall it was very clean. Good Wi-Fi strength. A beautiful picture of the marina from the balcony and rooms. A bus stop right downstairs.

Being on the ring road of the Old Town, it is understandable that there will be a lot of noise from people and traffic. And early morning, it’s very noisy from the garbage truck. However as long as people are aware of this before booking, it should be fine.

Great location. Clean and spacious apartment.

Great location. Right outside one of the gates of old town . Cab stops right outside the apartment. So only 2 flights of stairs to take the luggage too. Neat and clean house and great well equipped kitchen. The small balcony/terrace outside was nice to relax in the evenings for 3-4 people.

We wish there was a coffee maker in the kitchen.

Location was excellent. apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable

We booked this apartment as we needed 4 bedrooms for 4 adults. When we arrived one bedroom was locked and the host said we had only paid for 3 bedrooms. As our booking was clearly for 4 bedrooms we debated this with the host and he eventually opened the 4th bedroom but asked us not to use the spare beds. Hassle you don’t need when you arrive on your trip.

Great location. Old Town easy to access all historical part at your steps. Spacious flat. Very friendly host.

.Road just below is quite noisy and a barking dog next door so must sleep windows closed. One bedroom does not have aircon. Cooking facilities are very basic.

Perfect location to for group trip in Dubrovnik

Perfectly located with a decent view. Spacious, very well-equipped and air-conditioned. Ploče Gate and Buža Gate are just 3 minutes away, so it is very easy to enter the Dubrovnik old city. Cable car to Srđ is just around the corner. I highly recommend this place for those who are planning a group trip in Dubrovnik.

Million Dollar Views

Amazing views, incredible location right outside city wall. Easy access to everything! The hostess (or her sister) was very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat; in fact try to get it again for our last night in Croatia but sadly it was booked.

WiFi was not great. It kept kicking us off repeatedly. It was usable, but frustrating.

Home away from home, super apartment in Dubrovnik

The apartment is just opposite the city walls of Dubrovnik. From the terrace it offers a beautiful view of the fortress and part of the marina. Everything is so convenient, the super markets, restaurants, money exchange and the cable car. It's a home away from home and Mr. Rimac the owner make sure his guests can cook if they wanted to.

For senior senior citizens like us hauling the luggage up two flight of stairs was a burden.
