Apartments Jelen

Jelena is the kindest host I’ve ever had. She took care of us during our whole stay. Ever day she was welcoming us with some coffee and cookies, brought us some grapes from her garden and offered to store our luggage after the check-out. The location was very good with stunning view for the city centre. Apartment had all the necessary equipment and was very clean. 11/10

Jelen gave us such a warm welcome to her home. The apartment was clean with plenty storage although , like most apartments we have stayed in there never seems to be enough coat hangers. The apartment is located a short walk from the old town. Be prepared for 50 steps up to the gate but there is a handrail and several ‘landings’ so it’s really not too bad unless you’ve mobility issues ( when sadly Dubrovnik might be a slight problem anyway .. lots of slopes and steps. There is a lovely terrace area for the apartment where you can sit and watch the cable car go overhead. The kitchen is small and compact . We didn’t cook during our stay so this was not an issue for us. It had everything we needed go a 5 night stay. Jelen would bring us fresh coffee and juice every morning which was much appreciated. She obviously loves her house and garden. We were sorry to leave.

Nothing …. There wasn’t an iron/ ironing board but Jelen soon brought one to us which we kept for our stay.
