Exclusive apartments Muri

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The apartment is in an excellent location, just a few steps from the Ploče Gate, making it extremely convenient for exploring Dubrovnik Old Town. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had an amazing view. Everything we needed was there, and the location could hardly be better. A special mention to Vedran, whose communication was excellent — very helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location is superb,the balcony with seating is amazing The views are to die for that is what you are paying for. the apartment facilities and A/c are great you could cook if you wanted to. A small number of steps .close to the beach supermarkets and restaurants The host gave excellent directions and instructions.also a lockup for left luggage

Lovely location Apartment was clean and well furnished lovely balcony

The toilet did not flush had to use a pan to flush and the kitchen tap had no hot water reported and the agent arrived the following morning to do a temp fix on the toilet . later in the day at 4.30pm 24 hours after arrival a engineer turned up to fix the toilet and the kitchen sink was plumbed into the apartment next door so we then ended up with intermittent hot water. Explanation given was we were the 1st people in the apartment this season So clearly checks were not done to ensure all was working. No offer of any compensation was made which we found quite shocking. Overall a nice Apartment with fab Balcony and stunning views comfy bed let down by agent /Owner not offering any form of good will gesture and not checking that everything was working prior to check in
