Location is great. Spacious. natural light.
It is located on a 3th floor ( I knew it in advance). Sheets and towels are too worn out.

A clean apartment, well-located for Ploce Gate and the old town, and the bus stops from/to the airport as well as the cable car. Good aircon and WiFi, and very comfy bed (we didn’t sleep on the sofa bed). We also liked that there was a washing machine we could use, up the wooden stairs. All amenities in the kitchen, as well as a dishwasher with tablets provided, made this a lovely stay and we’d stay again.
There is sound of the bass from a nightclub at night - this is beyond the host’s control we know, and some guests might love this! There is an 30€ cleaning fee - it is mentioned in the ‘information’ section on Booking’s site, but it’s not obvious.

Tea was an exceptional host very welcoming, responsive, and always happy to help with recommendations. The location is excellent, just outside the entrance to Dubrovnik’s Old Town, making it easy to explore the city while staying away from the busiest streets. The beaches are also within easy reach. The apartment is in a charming old house, which adds to the authentic atmosphere.
As with many properties in Dubrovnik, there are quite a few stairs to reach the apartment, which may not be suitable for guests with heavy luggage or limited mobility. The price felt a little high, but that’s generally in line with Dubrovnik’s overall pricing and the central location.

Location was great. Just near the wall so easy walking to everything in Old Town. Great shutters to block out noise & light
Sofa was very hard & uncomfortable. Pillows & blankets were not comfortable.
Bathroom hot water tank had a leak & they just put a towel on the floor to soak up the water. Not ideal for a 3 night stay.
