Very clean and lovely views of the port. Swimming pool is a bonus!
There are quite a few steep steps to the property from the old town, however this is unavoidable as much of Dubrovnik has many steep steps.

Very welcoming and rooms are equipped to a high standard. Pool area was a great bonus as was the communal fridge that the host kept stocked.
Very minor and was more related to other guests that would slam doors when arriving back in the early hours and not having self awareness. Difficult to manage but perhaps post a note in the higher floor apartments asking guests to be respectful.

The location was a little bit tricky to find since it is in the middle of the block and down a flight of steps. However, once you find it, the location is great for getting to the old city. just down a flight of 76 steps.
This place is for the "do it yourself" type of traveler. This means no bell man or help with your luggage. However, it is clean and comfortable.

Perfect location for exploring Dubrovnik, only a five minute walk to the Old Town. View of the Old Harbour and Ploce Gate from our bedroom window was lovely. Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Kristina was a very friendly and helpful host.
Nothing to dislike, book La Boheme for your holiday!
