The staff are great, specially the security and restaurant people. The room is clean but doesn’t a proper closet for clothes nor a table/desk to do work. However, it has a shared workspace at the lobby. Unfortunately, the lobby smelled of cheap fabric softener coming from an air freshener. It was so irritating to the nose.

The access to the property really easy to find, near MRT Station Huai Kwang, and the room very spacious. Also the neighborhood quite calm so im having the best time to sleep

So positive stuff. Clean and very very comfy bed. I got the room with a bathtub which was nice. Quiet in night time. Negative.. air-conditioning did not work in our room only fan.. still went cold enough to sleep.. but when mentioned to the hotel in the morning they offered no compensation.. even when we asked if we could check out late they wanted to charge us (in a room that didn't have AC.. )
