Budacco Hotel

The hotel is very clean—everything from the bedsheets, towels, to the room itself is very clean. The air conditioner works perfectly and is very cold. The water pressure is strong, and the water heater functions well. The location is extremely strategic. Although it’s located in a small dead-end alley, it’s only about a 30–50 meter walk, which is very manageable. Even when using Grab to and from the airport with a lot of luggage, it’s still very convenient. The hotel is right in the heart of Pratunam Night Market, so you’ll never go hungry—morning, afternoon, or night. There are plenty of delicious and affordable food vendors around. You’re also just steps away from shopping at Pratunam Market, including both the morning and night markets. Walking to Platinum and other shopping areas is very close as well. Hotels around Platinum tend to be quiet at night and it can be hard to find food, but not at this location—you’ll never go hungry and you won’t be able to stop shopping, hahaha! There’s also a pharmacy nearby, so getting medicine is very easy if needed. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Please maintain the cleanliness and quality. Thank you!

Location was perfect and I've stayed at Budacco for more than 10 times. Staff were generally helpful but slight room for improvement. Can get noisy in the room as there are many activities at street level. Overall experience is value for money.

The reception staff are arrogant and clearly lack sincerity in their service. Do you really think having a good location and clean rooms is enough? The room was noisy and not soundproofed against noise from outside the window. This was my first and last stay at Budacco. I will not be returning

the reception staff were unprofessional and the service was poor. They were cold, indifferent, did not smile, and failed to greet guests. Please note that there is a 1,000 THB security deposit per room.
