The smell in our bathroom when we enter it’s smells really bad and it continued every day of our stay even if we’re not entering the bathroom the whole room smelled

The customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the staff could not communicate in English. The room was dusty, especially the windows, which looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time. There were mosquitoes in the room, and the bed sheets made my skin feel itchy. The hotel was also extremely noisy because it is located right next to a busy main road. Overall, my stay was very disappointing.

When you get handed earplugs at check in, it's not a good sign!! Very loud near the road, we were supposed to stay 3 nights left after 2, even though we did change rooms to the back of the building, still loud.
Air con was freezing, even though we turned it up. Had to keep turning it on and off.
Very small rooms.
Found the lady quite abrupt that checked us in, she didn't seem surprised when we left a day early.
The one positive thing was it was near the train line and near the big shopping centres.
Wouldn't recommend.
