    Overall, our stay was okay and we had no major issues with the room or facilities. However, our check-in experience was quite disappointing. We were unable to check in initially because the name on the booking did not exactly match the name on the passport, as the booking had been made using our company email. We understand that there are procedures that the hotel needs to follow, but unfortunately, one of the female staff members was quite rude and unhelpful when we tried to communicate with her. When we asked for assistance in contacting Agoda, we were told to deal with Agoda ourselves. At that time, the internet connection in the lobby was quite slow, which made it difficult for us to communicate with Agoda. We politely asked if we could use the hotel Wi-Fi, but the staff refused to provide it and appeared visibly annoyed. What was most frustrating was that we were left waiting for almost three hours. Whenever we asked for an update, we were simply told to wait. It seemed that even when the staff had already received an update, they did not proactively inform us unless we approached them first. We understand that these situations can take time, but as foreign guests, we expected more assistance and understanding from the hotel staff. We hope the management can improve the attitude and customer service of staff members who are dealing with guests, especially international guests who may already be stressed and unfamiliar with the procedures. The hotel itself was okay, but the check-in experience could have been handled much better.

    The cover picture doesn’t match with actual hotel. Didn’t like the area, its on a back of some buildings. Overcrowded area. And the breakfast quality wasn’t upto the mark. The staffs were really great especially the gatekeepers. I have him some tips
