    Toilet can get very warm due to layout of AC; lights not bright enough. WiFi works, luggage storage available. No ice facility.

    We had a wonderful stay at Spittze Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also loved that there was a small refrigerator inside the room, along with a daily supply of drinking water. The room was cleaned daily, which made our stay even more convenient. The staff were great, friendly, and very accommodating. The breakfast was also yummy and had a good selection. The location is another big plus! The hotel is very accessible to Pratunam Market—just about a 2-minute walk away, which was super convenient for shopping and exploring the area. Overall, Spittze Hotel is affordable and definitely worth the price. We truly enjoyed our stay and will surely recommend this hotel to others. We would definitely book here again on our next trip to Bangkok! ❤️

    The reception area, as I expected from the hotel’s description, was practically nonexistent. What appears to have been the hotel’s reception area is now occupied by a coin-operated laundry business and a Thai massage establishment. Guests staying at Spittze Hotel are instead directed to share the reception area with Cubic Hotel. Even more disappointing, basic amenities were lacking. There was no hand soap provided in the room, which I consider a very basic hotel necessity. Our room also had poor lighting and very limited storage space, making it uncomfortable and impractical for a longer stay. The overall setup felt more like a hostel or, at most, a one-star accommodation rather than the hotel experience I was expecting. I was particularly surprised to see that Spittze is rated 8.2 on Agoda. Based on my personal experience, I honestly found that rating difficult to understand. Agoda currently lists the property at 8.2/10, although other booking platforms have lower ratings. (Agoda⁠) The only real saving grace is the location. It is conveniently located near Pratunam, shopping areas, restaurants, 7-Eleven, and public transportation. For me, however, a good location does not make up for the lack of basic hotel amenities and the disappointing condition of the property.
