    First, while the room size was acceptable, the bedsheets did not seem clean, and I experienced bites that made me concerned about possible bed bugs. The towels also had different unpleasant smells. In addition, the noise coming from both inside and outside the building made it very difficult for me to rest and sleep comfortably. However, my biggest concern was the strong smell of cigarette smoke or cannabis on the 6th floor. I reported this issue through several channels, including Facebook, LINE, Agoda, and SMS, but unfortunately, I received no response. Imagine having to deal with that smell from the afternoon until midnight. It was so uncomfortable that I felt dizzy whenever I came down from the elevator. I eventually decided not to go downstairs to report the issue in person because I did not want to expose myself to the unpleasant smell again or spend more of my energy dealing with a problem that I had already reported through multiple channels. What disappointed me the most was not only the situation itself but also the lack of response and assistance from your team. A hotel should be a place where guests can feel comfortable, safe, and able to rest. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I value my peace of mind and health, and I do not wish to put myself through the same experience again. Because of this, I have decided that I will not book or stay at your hotel again. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve your room cleanliness, noise management, and guest communication. I believe every guest deserves a clean, comfortable environment and a timely response when raising a concern. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.     The place and rooms are good but the location is too inside and I had asked for special arrangements as they mentioned they can accommodate but they denied when we were about to checkin which was disappointing as I wanted to have the special arrangements and that is why I had booked this property
