    I stayed at J5 Hotel, booked through Agoda, and overall had a really great experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, in a great location, and the room and bed were both excellent—very comfortable and well maintained. A special mention to the cleaning staff, who were fantastic and did a great job throughout my stay. The only downside was the front desk check-in staff. They weren’t very friendly or engaging and came across as a bit stiff and robotic. A warmer, more welcoming attitude at check-in would really improve the overall guest experience. Despite that, I would still recommend the hotel and would happily stay again.
