Louis Leger - Czech Leading Hotels

It's never as good as it looks. In this case, it was way better! The accommodations were amazing, breakfast delicious, and staff the friendliest I've met. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Prague, friend or otherwise!!

Amazing customer service?

Nothing really.

Briefly, the hotel did not meet our expectations. On the positive side, the staff were excellent and clearly doing their best, and the location is quite good.

However, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. The breakfast area is far too small, and we had to wait at least 25–30 minutes to get a table, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Even though we had a reserved time slot, it made no difference — we still had to wait. The selection of food was very limited, and due to the lack of space, items were placed in very small portions and ran out quickly. Regarding parking, while the hotel advertises it, in reality you are asked to find street parking yourself (even if it is paid for), which is not the same as having actual on-site parking. Additionally, the windows are old and cannot be opened for proper ventilation. Overall, we are unlikely to choose this hotel again for a future stay.

Good distance to old town and castle, car park around the hotel area, good breakfast but limited hot food.

Old building that needs some diy, no air con (due to the fact that it is a unesco site they are not allowed to install air con), very busy and noisy road in front of the hotel- we had a first floor room and did not sleep at all due to the noise-it was hot and without air con we had to open windows (even with ear plugs it was super noisy). Some of the matresses were old and used, need replacing. The breakfast room is small, so guests wait in corridors for a table. Will not be staying there again, do not recommend.
