Wonderful location, with professional service and cozy rooms

The location, price, and especially the staff were excellent. Would happily stay here again.

Beds were a bit on the harder side for me.

We were given a room on the 4th floor with a nice view and it was very quiet as well. The room was spacious, with nice decorations and a comfortable bed and soft pillows; also, as italians, we loved having the bidet in the bathroom We really appreciated all the courtesies the hotel left us and the small details like refilling the water jug every morning with the cleaning routine, it was very thoughtful; we were also provided a Prague Pass, which we actually used for a few attractions. Overall, we had a nice stay in Prague and we would definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel is old and the facility also: physical key with big keychain is very uncomfortable, could be key cards installed; elevators, lobby and other public spaces are also old fashioned. Hotel is located near wide and noisy, intensive trafic street. The conditioner is "living he's on life". Breakfast was good, but the assortment was poor and almost the same every morning.
