"First... staff were super nice. From check in to check out. Value for money was very good. Look... this is not the Ritz, it's a very nice hotel that's worth the price you pay. I'd highly recommend."

Did not like having only one key. Very inconvenient when two friends travel together as have sometimes separate times coming and going. Had to wake other person up to enter. They would not even consider giving two.

The hotel is easy to navigate by car and a short walk to the Václavské námestie. I even walked the full distance to the Pražský hrad. Public parking is available close by. The stuff especially the day and night receptionist are very friendly and helpful. In the bar a lady played piano on Saturday, so I enjoyed a drink.
Nothing wrong with that property.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff Conveniently located close to IP Pavlova metro and bus station Lots of good value coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance
Aircon can apparently not be adjusted by guests for their specific preference

The location is very good, and having parking available was definitely a plus.
Unfortunately, the room was quite uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning at all, and the fan was not enough, especially during warm weather. The furniture is also quite old and could use an update.
