Exceptional

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was exceptional. The room was very spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unexpectedly considering the rest of our experience in Germany, parking was free. The breakfast was good, quite varied, the service conditions very good.

The outside is deceptive, inside its perfect!

Inside, this place is immaculate and well looked after. It's basic but very functional and spotless. We couldn't speak German and the staff were very patient with us. There is a carpark at the rear that is hidden from the road, even with a covered garage area where we parked our motorbike. Perfect! The hotel is very comfortable.

It doesn't look much from the outside and it appears that Neumunster as a city is a bit tired.

Private parking behind the hotel. Everything worked and was clean. All necessities available.

No dislikes really. It’s like other reviews say near a main road, but I like a bit of that noise in the background. My room was on the side not the front.

Superb

The location is close to venue site and very easy reachable from the highway. Nice and complete breakfast buffet as usual in this category. Very friendly staff and the rooms and facility is absolutely clean. With no doubt I would book the hotel again.

Noise transmission via the bathroom. With an open bathroom, noise from the bathroom above is easily transmitted. If fully booked the parking space can be a bit crowded.

Pleasant

tried to rebook from a 3 person room to a 2 person room which was not possible through Booking. Emailed the hotel in english but they did not understand my question. I even called them to get it right. The man confirmed that the change would be made. After our stay I still had to pay the higher amount and they were blaming commissions to Booking!!

Was very hot on the top floor; and the room was very small for a family of 4 considering the price for the night.

The only thing I didn't like was that the 'double' beds were 2 single beds pushed together, so there's always a 5cm gap between the 2 mattresses. Not ideal for 2 people who move a lot during sleep.

Estancia tranquila en Neumünster

Muy buen desayuno. Sitio tranquilo y limpio. Ubicación inmejorable; se puede ir al centro de la ciudad andando o en bus y, además, el bus al aeropuerto para prácticamente delante del hotel. Repetiría sin duda.

Todo ha estado fenomenal. Si tengo que decir algo malo, quizá sea la calefacción (se apagaba a una hora determinada y, a veces, la habitación no estaba todo lo cálida que debería).

Sehr freundlicher Inhaber, sehr hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer zum Hinterhof, daher zwar keine schöne Aussicht, aber ruhig.

Ruime kamer. Rustig hotel ondanks ligging aan de doorgaande weg. Alle faciliteiten in de kamer aanwezig.

Redelijk goede locatie voor overnachting op doorreis.

Het personeel was aardig, prima kamer en bedden. Het ontbijt was ook prima. Locatie is top voor op doorreis.

De kamer was veel te warm. Met de ramen wagenwijd open was het te doen, maar buiten raasde het verkeer langs. Gelukkig had ik oordoppen. De wc was niet helemaal schoon toen we aankwamen.
