In summary a nice stay for the weekend. I believe that everything was fully ok. A minor slip, from reception to book a table at the restaurant at arrival, but the waiter was quick to solve situation. No problem. Nice rooms, functional, clean. Overall a 4/5 rating. Approximately <2 km from city center. Nb. EV Charging facility at the parking area. 4 stations.

The staff was not noce. A lot of people at work at the restaurant, but noome to help.

The room was very hot so we had to open the windows and some of the other guests was having a party just outside our room. Having drinks at the bar took forever. We had to wait 15 min for 4 drinks

Best Western is in general a decent choice. You more or less know what you get. It is fine. This hotel though is a little old and the breakfest is okay. However, the service at check-in was excellent.

I was looking for hotel north of Hamburg airport on my way to Denmark and came across this one that I remembered that Inhave stayed 3 times before in a group. Good hotel, good breakfast, no problem with English and good night sleep. Their pillows was great and I’m going to send email to ask where I can buy those.

Fantastic experience. Thinking the hotel was a little older, I expected the same of the interior, but was pleasantly surprised with how new & fresh it all looks. I'll be coming back. Very affordable & the breakfast is fantastic. There was bacon, beautiful German buns, different sandwich meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, fruit juice, coffee, tea etc. Definitely a good choice!

Nice hotel in the outskirts of Neumünster. Nice staff, clean hotel and a great breakfast buffé for the money.

A bit worn but it was ok for our needs. Nice location. Friendly staff. Clean. Overpriced restaurant though.

Happy that we chose to eat in the best westerns restaurant. The steak was amazing and desserts too! We didn't expect that much from this restaurant. Best Western had thought about many needs for example in the vestibule was windshield washing equipment available. Extremely happy with our stay!

Nice hotel. Staff at the reception unpleasant / not friendly and welcoming. Staff in restaurant very friendly but also very tired.

Ordered the stay 3 hours before arrival. room was clean and ready by arrival. luckily there was no longer a heatwave going on, as the only thing this hotel lacks is air condition. friendly staff, good breakfast, and late check in made this stay problem free.

We stopped on our way from Amsterdam to Denmark and had a nice stay. Enjoyed a very nice dinner at the hotel with excellent food and outstanding service. Breakfast was extremely nice with a nice selection of items and attentive staff who even made a nice latte for my wife. Room was what we expected and shower had plenty of hot water and great pressure. Bed was hard but actually felt good after a long day of driving. Would stay again if in the area.

The room was okay, but it got warm very quickly and almost impossibel to sleep at night. Ambulances driving outside of the window all day and all night. Nothing to do for children. It's a place to stay and sleep nothing more.

Ewery things good except 6.5 euro for a bottle of vater to the food. The manager has to concider that is graceful

Since I had such a bad experience with staff I wanted to speak to a manager - they told me there is no manager! A sub (temporary replacement) arrives half way through the day, then leaves 4-5 hours later. In the meantime my checkin was disgusting - after being on the road for more than 40 hours on business, the 2 night ladies couldn't work out my booking because of system issues and expected we would wait in the foyer for 3 hours while they waited for a confirmation from their head office!! They had my booking in head office system but not showing up on their local one. How is this my problem? I showed them the Expedia email confirming but this wasn't enough. Next we are only in for 1 night so no cleaning required till check out, yet at 8.30am a knock at the door by the cleaner wanting to clean our room. Why clean it at 8.30am and then clean again when we check out the same day at 11am??? Checkout is 11am, the room electricity is cut off at 11.15am, so if you're running a little late doing last minute things (packing, blow drying your hair), you should know that's how they treat their guests - like prisoners "electricity off sharp"!! I spoke with the sub manager, she didn't seem to care much though apologised but gave lots of excuses she found acceptable reasons for her staff to put the care of guests last. You'd be crazy to stay here, particularly for the price which is in the high category.

Nice hotel - easy to find and nice parking fascilities

Overnight stay no air con so window had to be opened but next to a very busy road. Very noisy traffic noise day and night.

The orange- juice machine did not work at breakfast. And it took many requests to get coffee at breakfast.The room were designet for football fans - walls, chairs etc

I picked this hotel for its proximity and accessability to the autobhan, it was clean and the staff were friendly, I stayed there on two occasions and would have no hesitation in staying there again.
