Close to city center, 10 min walk. Good support from Staff. Good beds The flat hade everything one needed.
Location, a bit rough neighbourhood. There was a smell from the shower, not sure if it was the sewer or mold.

We dont recommend this stay due to the problem we've had and the lacking response from the owner
We had problems with our room which we told the owner. One of the problems was a leaking faucet/sink, which would cause permanent damage if not fixed urgently. The response was that he will deal with it on monday (we arrived on a thursday and booked until saturday morning... basically told to deal with it...) The light went out around 2 PM during our last night, again we called the owner which in turn called the cleaning lady, the owner asked us to fix the problem! with the help of the cleaner... For this we had to stay in the apartment and wait for the cleaner (which arrived around 8 PM!!). We cancelled all our dining plans and ate from the fridge as to not let the food turn bad.... not such a pleasant stay all in all. We've tried contacting the owner here on booking but haven't gotten any response regarding our complaints...

Hot water is a must!
Rooms are quite OK. Quiet area.
We had only cold water the first 2 nights. After several inquiries the hot water was fixed for the third and last night.

Good accomodation in a quiet residential area
Very clean and comfortable pension located in a quiet residential area in Neumunster. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom. The two rooms 1 and 2 in this etage share a common kitchen. The other room was now empty so we had the kitchen just for us. It has all necessary equipments even for cooking but we just made breakfasts. We were very satisfied with the accomodation and can recommend it even the price is a bit higher than many other pension in the town.

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat bestens geklappt. Eine Weiterempfehlung kann uneingeschränkt gegeben werden. Alles perfekt in der Unterkunft.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist äußerst schlecht. Es ist nur schwer ein Parkplatz zu finden, meist nur weit entfernt von der Unterkunft.
