Close to city center, 10 min walk. Good support from Staff. Good beds The flat hade everything one needed.

We dont recommend this stay due to the problem we've had and the lacking response from the owner

We had problems with our room which we told the owner. One of the problems was a leaking faucet/sink, which would cause permanent damage if not fixed urgently. The response was that he will deal with it on monday (we arrived on a thursday and booked until saturday morning... basically told to deal with it...) The light went out around 2 PM during our last night, again we called the owner which in turn called the cleaning lady, the owner asked us to fix the problem! with the help of the cleaner... For this we had to stay in the apartment and wait for the cleaner (which arrived around 8 PM!!). We cancelled all our dining plans and ate from the fridge as to not let the food turn bad.... not such a pleasant stay all in all. We've tried contacting the owner here on booking but haven't gotten any response regarding our complaints...

Hot water is a must!

Rooms are quite OK. Quiet area.

We had only cold water the first 2 nights. After several inquiries the hot water was fixed for the third and last night.

Good accomodation in a quiet residential area

Very clean and comfortable pension located in a quiet residential area in Neumunster. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom. The two rooms 1 and 2 in this etage share a common kitchen. The other room was now empty so we had the kitchen just for us. It has all necessary equipments even for cooking but we just made breakfasts. We were very satisfied with the accomodation and can recommend it even the price is a bit higher than many other pension in the town.

Für eine Gruppe war die Küche ein bisschen zu klein. Aber wir hatten trotzdem viel Spaß. Die parkplatzsuche, wenn wir erst später von der Messe gekommen sind.

Beim nächsten Besuch in der Gegend buchen wir wieder Fine Apartments!

Telefonische Hilfe war beim Ein- und Auschecken sofort da. In der Küche fehlte absolut nichts, um sich gemütlich ein Frühstück vorzubereiten, sogar Kaffee war vorhanden! Das Badezimmer ist schön und Fensterrollos funktionieren einwandfrei. Es war angenehm ruhig 👍.

Wir hätten uns ein Doppelbett gewünscht und mein Partner einen Aufzug wegen Koffertransport 😉.

Die Ferienwohnung war prima für unsere Zwecke. Sehr sauber, anständiges Bad mit gutem Fön, mit Bettwäsche und guten Handtüchern. Sie war etwas enger als wir erwartet hatten und die Küche musste mit einem anderen Feriengast gemeinsam benutzt werden. Das hatten wir aus der Anzeige nicht ganz verstanden. Aber da der andere Gast und wir tagsüber nicht da waren, war das gar kein Problem. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Gute Unterkunft zum günstigen Preis.

Sehr sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer mit genug Platz und Stauraum. Ein Schreibtisch mit bequemem Stuhl war vorhanden. In einer separaten Küche war alles an Ausstattung da, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Die Lage war auch ok. Vom Bahnhof war es nur 10 Minuten zu laufen, ebenso zur Innenstadt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist sehr gut!

Bei 5 Nächten hätte ich mir einmal neue Handtücher gewünscht.

Ein modernes,sauberes Haus. Alles da, was man braucht. In der Gemeinschaftsküche alles picobello! Sehr ruhig. Aus den Nachbarzimmern haben wir nichts gehört! Bequeme Betten! Fußläufig zur Innenstadt 5 Minuten.

Für einen Urlaub (wir waren 6Tage) oder sonstigen Aufenthalt ist dieses Appartementhaus auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Alles vorhanden wie gebucht und sehr sauber, im Haus sehr ruhig, problemloses Ein-und Auschecken, Nähe zum Bahnhof ca 15 min, nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit Penny ca 10 min, Rewe/Bäcker ca 13 min

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet.

Kleines Manko: unsere vordere Tür schloss nicht richtig bzw nur mit viel Gedult. Als wir ankamen waren kostenlose Parkplätze verfügbar, aber als wir nachts von unserem Event zurückkommen, waren alle belegt bzw gab es keine für die Unterkunft ausgezeichneten Parkplätze. Man steht in Konkurrenz mit den sonstigen Anwohnern und nachts war alles zugeparkt.

sehr erholsam ,Sogar meine Freundin, die ich in Neumünster besuchte, war begeistert!!!

Ein super schönes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Bett und toller Dusche. Auch die kleine Teeküche , einfach nur genial!! Ich empfehle sehr gerne weiter!!! Sollte ich wieder nach Neumünster fahren , würde ich nur diese Unterkunft aussuchen!!

Den Fernseher konnte ich leider nicht nutzen . Ein super modernes teil, für das man irgendeinen Code brauchte und ich leider keine Ahnung von sowas habe. Ich bin über 70 J. jung und habe keinen blassen Schimmer davon. Ein schöne Erklärung zur Benutzung des TV in schriftlicher Form wäre sehr sehr hilfreich!!!!! Sonst alles echt prima.
